IAT is a digital technology provider, delivering solutions that retain and engage customers and employees. The platforms connect customers with physical and online stores via their smartphones. It does this by leveraging iBeacon technology, mobile couponing and a universal digital reward currency. This is to encourage and then reward behaviour across a variety of stakeholder groups.
Founded in 2004, IAT was set up by Matt Norbury in response to the need for businesses to harness digital and mobile to meet the needs of their customers. IAT is chaired and financed by serial entrepreneur Bryan Duffy, who has built several businesses from scratch in the last 10 years with a total market value of £100m.
