IAT CEO discusses employee recognition

Employee Benefits magazine speaks to IAT CEO

Matt Norbury said: “Values-based recognition is best delivered in the moment to ensure that everyday successes are celebrated as, and when, they happen. This allows employers to instantly thank staff for behaving in a manner aligned with their values, and reinforces the behaviour that the employer wants to promote.”
